Commercial register
Trusters Studio is operated by a self-employed sole trader and is not a company. Spanish law does not require a sole trader to be entered in the Registro Mercantil, so there is no register entry or register number to state here. Should the business later be incorporated as a Sociedad Limitada, this notice will be updated with the company name, registered office and register details.
Regulated professions and authorisations
The services offered here are not a regulated profession and do not require prior administrative authorisation.
Responsibility for content
Steeve Vanden Heede is responsible for the content published on this website. The content is prepared with care, but it describes a product that is still being built. Descriptions of features, availability and pricing are statements of present intent, not binding offers, unless we have put something in writing to you specifically.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. How Cloudflare handles data in that role is described in our privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to pages operated by other people, we have no control over what those pages contain and we do not adopt their content as our own. We check a link before we publish it. If a linked page later turns into something we would not have linked to, tell us and we will remove the link.
Copyright
The text, design, images, graphics and code on this site belong to Steeve Vanden Heede or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote from the site with attribution and a link. Reproducing substantial parts, or reusing the design or code, needs our written permission first.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available, so there is no platform link to give here. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not currently do so. If something has gone wrong, write to the email address above and we will deal with it directly.
Applicable law
This notice and the use of this website are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of the Canary Islands having jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country of residence give you a different right.
